This video shows us as teachers as well as parents that our children and students deserve the individual expectations from us to be better and extrodinary producers. Do our students/children know that they are the most important evaluator when it comes to their learning and education? I think that we as educators need to understand there are different learning styles for each student and as a result we need to find teaching methods that are not bias. Students need to feel they are an important factor in the learning process, not just text, tests, and the teacher. This was a great video with a meaningful message.
